I made these pork chops last week and they are delicious!

MUSHROOM SAUCE PORK CHOPS
MAKES 2 SERVINGS.
2 pork chops
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp oil
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup white wine
1/8 cup flour
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp minced tarragon
1 tsp butter
Sprinkle pork chops with garlic salt and pepper. Brown chops in 1/2 tsp oil in a
skillet coated with cooking spray. Remove, keep warm. Saute mushrooms and onion
in remaining oil until almost tender. Add garlic, cook 1 min. longer. Stir in
wine. Bring to a boil, cook until liquid is almost evaporated. Combine flour and
broth until smooth. Stir into pan. Bring to a boil, cook until thickened. Return
pork chops to pan, add tarragon, cook 8 min. Stir in butter, then SERVE...
