    Ingredents:
    1/2 pound butter, softened (or less)
    1 cup sugar
    4 eggs, beaten 1 at a time
    1 TBSP. vanilla
    1 TBSP Anisette
    4 cups flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 cup chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    How to:
    Blend together softened butter and sugar, Mix in all remaining ingredents and form into a loaf. Place in a buttered pan and flatten out to 1/2 inch thickness. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutews.
    Slice into bars and serve.
