    Cranberry Bark Empty Cranberry Bark

Post by pstarkoski Thu Dec 16, 2010 3:01 am

    Hi...

This is such a quick and easy candy to make....great to give as gifts too!

I found some pomegranate flavored Craisins, so I used those instead of the dried cranberries (they are really dried cranberries infused with pomegranate juice).

    Enjoy!

    hugs,

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
    -------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 pound white chocolate (broken in pieces)
    1 cup dried cranberries

Melt 1 pound of white chocolate pieces in microwave (about 2 minutes; stirring after 1 minute). Stir in 1 cup dried cranberries. Spread onto a wax-paper lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until set. Break into pieces.

Dawn says: It's a really quick, easy candy that everybody seems to like. I've put it in my Christmas gift baskets. I like to wrap several pieces in the coloured plastic wrap that is available now.
