We had these pork chops for dinner last night and they were really good. The pork was tender and juicy and the oranges added a nice twist.
I served them with Sweet Potato Salad with Toasted Pecans & Dried Cranberries...yum! I will post this recipe next!

ORANGE-TOPPED PORK CHOPS
6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Pepper, to taste
In a skillet, brown pork chops on both sides in oil. Top with
oranges; sprinkle with cloves and pepper. cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until meat juices run clear. Serves 6.
