Hi..
We had these pork chops a few nights ago and they were great! ... very tender and tasty.
I served it with a baked sweet potato and some applesauce...yum!

Saucy Orange Pork Chops
6 pork chops
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 cups water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 orange -- juiced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Trim excess fat from the pork chops. Brown chops on both sides. Dissolve bouillon cube in water, add cornstarch and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drain fat from chops and pour sauce over them. Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
May be baked in oven at 325ºF for 1 hour.
