I made this for dinner last evening and it was sooooooo good! So simple and quick to make. I was really very, very tasty. I had the leftovers for lunch today...I didn't even heat it up so it is good cold too!
    Enjoy!

    Bow-Ties with Bacon and Tomatoes

Bow-tie pasta dresses up this easy skillet dinner for a special occasion or a
    weeknight family meal!

    Prep Time: 30 Min
    Total Time: 30 Min
    Makes: 4

    INGREDIENTS:
4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces (I also added some chopped ham because I had some leftover from another recipe)
1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with roasted garlic and onion, undrained
    1 3/4 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
3 cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta (6 oz)
    1/8 teaspoon pepper

    DIRECTIONS:
In 12-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until bacon is brown. Reduce heat to medium. Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is tender.
Stir in tomatoes, broth, uncooked pasta and pepper. Heat to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and mixture is as thick as you like.

    High Altitude (3500-6500 ft):
In step 2, cook uncovered 12 to 14 minutes.
