Hi...
Here is a new twist on an old favorite! I used multigrain Ciabatta rolls instead of Kaiser rolls...they just looked so good in the store that I just had to get them....and so glad I did!
Enjoy!

I've always loved the taste of feta cheese, so I came up with this fun, "up-scale" twist on an old family favorite. —Sonya Labbe, Los Angeles
6 Servings
Prep/Total Time: 25 min.
Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 small red onion, chopped
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups chopped romaine
6 kaiser rolls, split and toasted
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
Place romaine on roll bottoms. Top each with 1/2 cup meat mixture and sprinkle with feta. Replace roll tops.
