I made this for dinner a few nights ago and it is delicious and soooo easy to make!

Easy French Onion Quiche
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella
1 (2.8 oz) French-fried onions
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
Heat oven to 400. Grease 9 inch pie plate. Arrange both cheeses in pie pan. Top with onions. In blender, combine milk, eggs, and Bisquick. Pour mixture into pie pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
