These pork chops are great prepared this way.....since it is the beginning of apple season and the fall season, I thought you might enjoy this recipe.

Saucy Apple Pork Chops
2 c. applesauce
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
6 boneless pork loin chops (1/2 inch thick)
2 T. butter or margarine
In a bowl combine the applesauce, sugar, soy sauce. garlic and ginger. Mix well.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. In a skillet, brown chops in butter. Place
over applesauce mixture. Bake uncovered at 325° for 30 minutes or until meat is
tender. Yields 6 servings.
