    Hi..
    We just got done having this for dinner tonight and it was really good. I like stir fry because it is a good healthy meal. I served it with brown rice. I will definitely make this again sometime.

    Saucy Stir-Fried Pork (healthy)

    Makes 4 servings, 1 3/4 cups (425 ml) each
    Prep Time: 15 minutes
    Total Time: 25 minutes
    Nutritional Profile: Diabetes appropriate, Low calorie, Low fat, Low
    saturated fat, Low cholesterol, Low sodium, Heart healthy High vitamin
    C

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
    2 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 lb (455 g) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
    1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1/2 lb (228 g) sugar snap peas
    3 green onions, diagonally sliced

    Directions:
    1. Cook the brown rice according to the package directions.
    2. Meanwhile, mix the soy sauce with the cornstarch & ginger until well blended.
    3. Heat the Zesty Italian dressing in a large skillet on medium-high
    heat. Add the meat. Cook & stir for 2 minutes. Stir in the peppers &
    peas. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the onions.
    Cook & stir for 1 minute.
    4. Stir the soy sauce mixture into the skillet & cook for 1 minute or
    until the sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
    5. Serve over the hot cooked brown rice.

    KRAFT KITCHEN TIPS:
    SPECIAL EXTRA: For a spicier flavour, add 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red
    pepper to the soy sauce mixture before cooking.
    VARIATION: Substitute Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing for the Kraft Zesty
    Italian Dressing, soy sauce, cornstarch & ground ginger. Cook the
    meat, peppers & peas in 1 teaspoon of oil as directed. Add the
    dressing with the onions, cooking & stirring for 1 minute.
