Hi..
We just had this for dinner tonight and it was really, really good.
You may want to set the temperature a little lower…or check about 5 or so minutes early. I had really thick chicken breasts and these cooked just about right, but maybe a little lower temperature may have been better. If it had baked any longer, the chicken may have been a little too done (dry)…
enjoy
hugs,

Aimee's Quick Chicken
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 ounces Dijon mustard
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Slather mustard evenly over chicken,
then pour teriyaki sauce evenly over all. Sprinkle with bacon bits, then cover
with cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
