Quick Chicken a la King
1 TSBP margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or ham
4 cups hot cooked rice
Heat margarine is saucepan. Add peppers and cook until tender. Add soup, milk and chicken. Heat through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
