This is a really good meal to make with leftover chicken....great for lunch or dinner or maybe even a women's luncheon.

Curried Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
3 cups (750 ml) cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup (250 ml) celery, chopped
1 cup (250 ml) seedless red or green grapes, halved
1/2 cup (125 ml) toasted slivered almonds
1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon (3 ml) curry powder
2/3 cup (150 ml) mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
10 lettuce leaves
10 large flour tortillas
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, lemon juice, curry powder & mayonnaise, along with some salt & pepper to taste.
2. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each tortilla.
3. Divide the chicken mixture evenly along the centre of each lettuce leaf. Fold up the bottom of each tortilla. Then, roll it up.
Serves 10
