Smothered Chicken
Recipe from: Camilla.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 cups (1 pkg. = 8 oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Place thawed chicken breasts in a 9" x 13" baking dish.
Stir soup in can, then spread over chicken. Sprinkle mushrooms and cheese over chicken.
Bake at 350º F., for about 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with hot buttered rice.
