Dilly Porkchops
6 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 TBSP Dijon mustard
1to 1-1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Prick pork chops with a fork. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over both sides of the chops. Place on a broiler pan; broil 4-6 inches from the heat for 4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
YIELD: 6 servings.
