    I have found that a quart size mason jar is really too large for the ingredients, but a pint jar is too small. You could try the jar that Delmonte's fruit comes in or in a spaghetti sauce jar. You could also just mix all the ingredients together and put into a ziplock bag and put that into a pretty fabric bag.These would make a great gift for your diabetic friends.

    Diabetic Brownies in a Jar


    2 cups graham cracker crumbs (approx.24 crackers)
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    3oz semi-sweet chocolate
    1 1/2 teaspoon sweet n low (6 packets)
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Add the above ingredients to your jar. Have tag read: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients with 1 cup skim milk, blend well. Bake in greased 8x8x2 pan for 30 minutes. Cut in 2 inch squares while warm.
