    Sweet and Spicy Pork Chops
    4-6 pork chops
    1/2 cup apricot preserves
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
    Brown chops on both sides. Place in a shallow baking dish. Combine preserves, soy sauce and wine; pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
