ST. PATRICK'S DAY ROWDY RUEBEN DIP Thanks to Missouri Beef Council INGREDIENTS 8 oz. of light Swiss cheese 8 oz. Of light cheddar cheese 8 oz. deli corned beef, chopped 3/4 cup of light mayo 16 oz. Sauerkraut, drained DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients. Bake in a 2 qt. Covered casserole at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Great served on party rye or Triskets. |
