| Merry Christmas , this is a hoilday salad my family loves , I wanted you all to have it Connie Taffy Apple Salad 1 20ozcan dushed pineapple , drained -save the juice 2cups miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 c.sugar 1T. flour 1 egg, seaten 1 T. vingear 1 20oz container whipped topping 2 cups diced apples, unpeeled 1 1/2cups cocktail peanuts Mix drained pineapple and marshmallows ,refigerate overnite . combine pineapple juice ,flour ,sugar,vingere,and egg , into sauce pan and cool over medium heat till thick refigerate overnight. the next day ,mix whipped topping with both of the above mixtures Stir in apples and nuts .
