Asian Chicken and Rice Bake (TNT)

The only suggestion is I had to bake it a little longer because the rice was still not quite done.

Asian Chicken and Rice Bake

Serves: 4

3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 10 3/4-ounce can golden mushroom soup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder

SPREAD rice in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.

MIX soup, water, soy, vinegar, honey and garlic powder. Pour over
chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover.

BAKE at 375°F. 45 min. or until done.

Serve with your favorite stir-fry vegetable blend.
