Chicken Chow Bake
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8-3/4-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1-1/2 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 Tbs. chopped green onion
1 small can chow mein noodles
Combine all ingredients, with 1 cup of noodles. Turn into 1-1/2 quart.
casserole. Sprinkle remaining noodles on top. Bake at 350 for 45
minutes or until hot. Serve with additional soy sauce, if desired.
Serves 3-4.
