Easy Chicken Bake

6 oz box chicken stuffing mix
1 lb chicken breast, skinless, boneless cut into 1" cubes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup sour cream
16 oz bag frozen veggies, thawed and drained
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Set aside. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and veggies in a 9x13 pan. Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
