Chicken Supreme
l box chicken Rice-a-roni
l egg; beaten
l c. mayo.
2 c. cooked chicken breast; boned and cut up
l can cream of mushroom soup
l can cream of chicken soup
canned onion rings
Prepare rice according to directions on box. Mix soups together, add
egg and mayo. Mix well. Add rice mixing it with the chicken. Pour
into a greased 9 x l3 casserole baking dish. Top with can of onions
and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
