This is a quick and easy dinner to make.....it is a great way to use up leftover chicken and it is so good!

Chicken A La King
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 jar (2 oz.) diced pimientos, drained
Toast points
In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in four and salt until smooth. Add the broth and milk;
bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir for 2 min. or until thickened. Stir in the
chicken, mushrooms, and pimientos; heat through. Server over toast points.
Yield: 4 servings.
